Xi Jin is a Product and service designer, currently based Dublin Ireland, working at Mastercard. She graduated with a Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University in Aug. 2019.

She has been working as a product designer for 4 years. Before working in product design, she was a senior account executive at an advertising & public relations agency, where she led teams of designers and copywriters to execute social media campaigns and planned events for clients. After living the agency life for almost two years, she decided to take her love of design and innovation to CMU and learn to create better product and service experiences for users in a more effective way.
